As Project Manager and Estimator, Craig will work closely with you, the Architect, Designers and potential Subcontractors to provide a Preliminary Budget for the construction of your home. He directs a team in construction projects throughout the development cycle from initial concept through successful completion. This requires coordination of activities of the field personnel, subcontractors and material suppliers. He ensures assigned projects are finished within schedule and budget, and in accordance with customer specifications.

Craig is the direct liasion between the owner, the architect, the project superintendant, and Aspen Constructors, and will work directly with you to obtain the desired finished product.
